Notes on Nullius:

"Nobody's Land"

is the concept that if a piece of land or property hasn't been claimed in a long time, then it is now effectively claimable. it can be claimed so easily by anyone of any status because it belongs to "No One". All they would have to do is squat on the land long enough to make their claim.

"Nobody's words"

or

"Take Nobody's word for it"

was taken from a larger work of text, i don't remember what the larger work was about, but many groups of researchers and scientists have taken these words from that text as a kind of mantra to keep researching and asking questions.

"No One's Things"

or

"Things Belonging to No One"

this concept operates similarly to "Terra Nullius", where if an object, thing, or residence/house is unowned for a length of time, it can then be taken by anyone who wants it. it's why you can pick up an object off the street and keep it if you desired, If it was on the ground long enough to be forgotten, it doesn't belong to anyone anymore.
